Our services include supported employment opportunities, where we provide on-the-job support and help build confidence in the workplace. We also assist with resumes, cover letters, and job applications, including searching for roles and handing out resumes to potential employers.

    Social Supports

    Our social support programs provide opportunities to connect, build friendships, and try new activities in a supportive environment. We run weekly group sessions where participants can explore new interests, develop social skills, and form meaningful connections with others. Our focus is on creating a welcoming space that encourages confidence, inclusion, and a sense of community.

    1:1 Supports

    We provide personalised one-on-one support tailored to each individual’s goals, needs, and interests. Our 1:1 supports focus on building independence, confidence, and life skills in a way that suits each person. Whether it’s support in the community, developing daily living skills, or working toward personal goals, we’re there every step of the way

    Education Opportunities

    We offer practical education pathways to help individuals build skills and prepare for the workplace. Through our Industry Essentials package in partnership with Zeal Futures, participants can access a wide range of courses designed to support job readiness. Whether you’re a school leaver, a person with a disability, or someone looking to re-enter the workforce, we provide the tools and support to help you succeed

    Community Events

    We create and host inclusive community events that bring people together, promote wellbeing, and celebrate connection. From initiatives like our Colour Run for mental health to collaborative events such as Create & Skate with Bulga Coal, our events offer fun, engaging experiences while building confidence and a sense of belonging within the community

    Life Skills

    Our life skills groups support individuals to build confidence, independence, and practical everyday skills. We offer a wide range of activities, from learning personal care and hygiene to hands-on experiences like woodworking and furniture restoration. Each session is designed to be engaging, supportive, and focused on developing real-life skills that can be used every day.

    Transport

    We provide reliable transport to help individuals access opportunities and services beyond their local area. Whether it’s getting to sporting clubs, medical appointments, or community activities, we support safe and convenient travel so participants can stay connected, independent, and engaged.

    Respite Care

    We offer respite care that provides a break from routine while creating enjoyable and supportive experiences. From camping trips to weekends away in Sydney, our respite opportunities give participants the chance to relax, build independence, and enjoy new environments in a safe and supportive setting
